Our driver Jose gets 5 stars for EXCELLENT service! He saved my bacon when I accidentally let his team pack our tow bar that we needed to pull our second vehicle across the country. I called him around 8pm on "packing day" and at about 10:30 one of his guys dropped our tow bar off at our house. I know finding it was no easy undertaking because we had almost 18000 pounds in his truck!!! He was careful with our stuff, organized and thorough. Very professional! He gave also gave us great advice on which route to drive across the country---we avoided major snow storms and even tornadoes!! We would highly recommend Jose anf Thomas Transfer & Storage!!!

Our representative, Brian was extremely helpful in preparing us for the move and our movers, Julio and his team, were awesome! I requested quotes from four big companies for my in-state move. Thomas Transfer is associated with United. They had one of the lower bids, but what steered me their direction was their quick response and obvious desire to help me. They were professional from start to finish, showed up for every appointment when they said they would, and worked very quickly. They called me multiple times before the move to see if I had any questions or problems. Everything got here in good shape, and the move manager made sure to tell me any potential problems she saw. They adjusted the final price from the original bid because I did a little packing and moving myself, just like they said they would. Highly recommend Thomas Transfer & Storage!

We moved with Thomas United Transfer and Storage from Wichita, KS to Auburn, WA. We did the packing but were able to pick up the boxes and paper we needed at the warehouse. It saves the headache of not having to hunt down those things while packing. We were impressed with the crew who loaded the truck. They were on time, personable and professional. They worked steadily and did an amazing job fitting everything into the van. All of our household goods were carefully handled and wrapped. In Washington, we were scheduled to get our things moved in but there was a problem with the home owners. We were panicked and put in a call to Brian B. He was able to solve our problem with the van driver, Jose. Jose arrived at our new house on time with a different crew who was also organized, friendly, and respectful our furniture. We did not have any damage or mishaps. We cannot say enough about the professional service we received from Thomas Transfer and Storage. Moving is never easy and there are always issues to deal with but Thomas made our move more manageable. They are professional, know how to solve problems and strive to do the best job for their clients. We would recommend them for anyone moving into a new home in Wichita or another state.

The United team did an excellent job, I received numerous calls before and during the move from Yvonne to make sure things were progressing as I wanted. When the packers showed up, Sarah, Brittany, Holly and Shannon they did an excellent job moving through the rooms and carefully packing up all of our items and working with us personally to make sure everything was packed to our liking. They were very personable and worked very hard. When the movers showed up, Jarrett Ryan and Crew (Todd, James, Dan, Ian, and Luke) once again, this team had a great attitude, were very personable, worked very hard through the heat and humidity to get the job done. They handled all of our belongs with care and did an excellent job moving all items to make sure no damage would occur to our items or the house. Outstanding Job!!

They were absolutely the greatest! In all my moves, I have never had a group so positive, polite, respectful and hard working. It was a difficult move and not a one of them had any kind of an "attitude" about anything. It was miserably hot and humid and they just remained good natured and hard working even in spite of a little bit of unnecessary interference from a woman I had helping me. Kelvin is exceptional and I would like very much to have him again when we make my permanent move up into the house. He seems to have outstanding management skills and such a pleasant personality. I am 72 years old and this move was hard on my because of its difficulty and the recent death of my husband. But they made it so much better because of their great attitudes and helpfulness. I will continue to recommend your company as I have done for years and cannot say enough about this particular group.

I am a military spouse and I was dreading our first PCS. I had heard horror stories about the packers and movers who would show up to your house. However my experience was fantastic! Deb, Herb, Cindy were fantastic , quick and thorough! Only stopping to eat lunch. They were friendly, professional and knowledgable. I am completely relieved!

I want to commend Cindy and Howard and their great crew. They were professional and friendly. They were also scrupulously honest. As they moved and wrapped furniture, they returned to us everything from pennies to five dollar bills, precious pictures to a diamond ring. They were very careful with our things and very nice to us. I had dreaded moving day, but Cindy and Howard made everything go smoothly.
